Hey guys,
Many guys say that a big problem in the early stages is that you lose all your glute muscles. Do you think muscle stimulators devices may be useful? At the highest power, it is quite decent. Do you think something like this would be useful regarding muscle glutes? I just thought about it, maybe it's completely dumb
