By that I mean which is not as invasive as LL, but only has a temporary effect or only adds a maximum of 1-2 cm?

I think the easiest way is to wear high heel shoes. That's what many recommended.

There is one plastic surgeon in England who can pad a special material

into your heels, which can for a lifetime obtain you around 2cm growth.

Also in Spain, there is also such one plastic female surgeon and she posted

his surgery process in Youtube as well.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9HzIGpFPD0&list=PLinUxLGMW6LFOgAl9JwCWV8YDHJEGHt2Y

I can't understand Spanish and If you can,you can watch it to achieve

primary knowledges about this surgery.

And don't forget to fill out your wallets and optimize your appearance LOL.

That seems like such a sham, I remember someone on this site talking about this and saying it does work for whatever reason.

hola me la hice en febrero de este año
No he tenido problemas, al inicio me aumento 4cm pero por la gravedad me quedo con 2.5cm mas despues de eso todo bien, siempre he jugado futbol y ido al gimnasio y no hay NINGUNA diferencia

translation:

I didnt have any problems, at the beginning it made me 4cm taller but then due to gravity it went down to 2.5cm.
nevertheless everythings good, i have played football, went to school and i dont feel any difference.

That would be ideal if true, but I find it hard to believe. Do we have anyone on this site that has tried this?

I wanna try this if I were still unsatisfied of my height after surgeries but it can only make delicate differences and still can't save men under 5'0

I am interested
Q1. Which doctors in the world does injectable insoles, fillers or implants

Q2. Is it permanent

It is far less invasive than surgery.

I can't recall that British surgeon's name and you can find it out through NaturalheightGrowth.com
I posted that hispanic surgeon's video above and I can't understand Spanish.Someone enthusiastic has translated one comment into English.
Also these 2 surgeries are permanently effective otherwise I couldn't have introduced them.

Wait so that filler stuff works? Why isnt this stuff discussed way more on this site, seeing as how its far less invasive, time consuming, cheaper etc

Cuz this forum is named as limb lengthening forum and not plastic filler forum. And also plastic filler is not even as prevelant as limb lengthening. Also, filler will only offer you 2cm.Why bothers 2cm?

Because filler is like nothing compared to LL. And I doubt it works, it probably wears off fast.

The surgeon emphasized that this insole material will be lifelong and never wear off.

Is that something like stem cell injection?

There is nothing to explain after you watch this video.

The commenters participating in the comments were obviously unrelible cuz they were maybe deceiving watchers' credits to this female surgeon acting just like hkers. You can turn on the subtitles and then you can understand a few about this video.

I believe they have that or probably are working on that thing, by which your heel pad gets thicker or stuffs like that and it's a life long effect. So it basically means you will be almost an inch taller after the injection. Are you sure you will be satisfied with that? LL guaranteed you at least two inches taller I think.

I would much rather take 2cm with a much easier and less invasive procedure than put myself through hell by doing LL to gain more height.

First of all , all the cases in the past about these "fillers" after 2 years were back to zero as the filler subsided due to gravity.

Also, there must be stability problems as you walk and run on something inside your feet that is not completely stable but more like a silicon.
Finally, with that your legs will be very bulky and may not fit in some shoes. And even if they do, then you can't wear insoles so for all of us that use 2-3 cm insoles that thing won't give us anything with shoes on.

So I can't find any reason to give 5k to do something like that to have the same result when wearing shoes with an insole that cost 10 euros.
And also, I truly don't believe that it stays forever. In all the cases I've seen it went back to zero in a few years. And I really can't think of running with that filler on your foot!

Or maybe in a few years or decades, scientists will finally invent a filler that will never fade due to gravity, so people with it can stay that height for good. The disadvantage is that it only offers almost an inch taller. An inch height isn't noticeable is it???

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.

I am not exactly sure where they were doing it in the UK. You prefer this over LL, which enables you to gain probably 4 inches of height?

I only need 2 inches of height to become “ tall “ . 4 inches increase is too much for me and limb lengthening takes too long overall .

Not even 2 inches, but 3 cm would be good. Its not as if LL is like going to the barber for a haircut, its a huge commitment. If there is an alternative it should be considered, but seems like there isnt anything out there.

Or soon it will be. With the current technology we have, it's not hard to come up with something that can make you an inch taller permanently. That injection to insole still the key.

Ive heard it problematic since it its the farthest away from the heart, and might be difficult to get blood or oxygen to the heel. It might fail because of this, and cause big problems. This does seem like the logical next step, but who knows im not a surgeon.

If they mastered this, everyone has potential to gain another inch of height.

It's dilemma for scientists between cancers and humanities. The former are really fatal disasters and the latter are just human's luxuries for body remodeling, although I think a young man under 160cm is doomed to commit suicide cuz that's just his destiny.

She did this in 2019, does anyone know who she is and can they confirm if she still has increased height ?
Also , is anyone able to point out the place in the UK she had it done ?
