May I ask why this doctor ?
Stryde, close to me + he seems honest and professional

Also the thing about Paley is he requires patients to stay in WPB. I would like lengthen second half back in europe.
I was thinking about doing 6,5 cm femurs.
which I estimate would take 70 days.
30 days in lengthening country under doctors guidance, then rest 40 days back home.
The reason I cant stay for too long in US is my life style + food is completely different to american way. I have been to the US 3 times already, everything is large, fat, fake, unnatural and artificial.
People are obese and there is an unhealthy lifestyle. We struggled to find groceries and raw food ingredients to make food ourselves in the US. Fast food chains were like the go to place for the locals.

So, are you staying in Munich during lengthening? Where and how long?

only during first 50%.

I have booked surgery but the stryde is not approved in europe yet, so my surgery date is not fixed.

Hello,
Did you already do the LL with Dr. Köhne? And may I ask how your experience with him was and how much it costs?

Hi, Did you leave your job to get this procedure done? If not, did you get a doctor letter? And did you face any doubts from colleagues about appearing taller and limping a little?

im not gonna answer the first two questions as it can compromise my anonymity.
actually all of them can compromise...
I am ok now, i dont limp anymore. i walk 100% normal.
Although if i have a long long day and walk like 5km+, my legs gets really tired and i start swaying. but this gets better and better. before it was like after 2.5 km.
reaction from people have been mostly about my weightloss. I am ectomorph so i was lean before surgery, after i became close to underweight BMI. But I have recovered from that, mostly.
But people who were my height pre-LL have been looking awkwardly at me. I sometimes slouch when im with these so they leave me alone ;D
Stryde is a great nail, the best we got right now.
It lets you walk few days after surgery and you can return to work if you have office job pretty much 3-4 weeks later. Your gait my be abit weird but one can minimize it with baggy sweatpants. If one has good LL PT from day 1 i think your gait will be normal by 4 weeks time. I didnt, i went home to lengthen. It was about in middle of my proceess i sought out a true LL PT and from there on I had massive improvement.

I don't want to go to work while still lengthening. Want to focus on physio and eating during lengthening.
My job offers the luxury of working remotely or from home, so I hope to utilise this one month after surgery. So 1 to 1.5 months of leave and 1 to 2 months of working remotely.
I am also scared of people my height ;D I never wore lifts or anything before but I can start wearing complete flats after LL or even walk barefoot ;D Still I think people might notice, and otherwise what is the point of doing LL if you look the same??
How much did you lengthen? I want 2 inches.
Would you mind helping me with the first 2 questions over private message?
