« on: July 25, 2016, 05:47:02 PM »

I dont think that exercise  help even a little in growth( increases hgh, but mmm... in a nough waty to help), the only thing that really affects growth is alimentation, because gives the energy to the body for create bone in this case.

Genetics is 99% of it. If you ate a lot of candy as a kid, went to sleep late, didn't exercise a lot... well that would account for you being unhealthy but it doesn't mean you would have been 6'2 instead of 5'7 if you went to bed early and ate better.

Ye the people that literaly would blame anything for "stunting" their growth.

The only things that can stunt your growth are endocrine system problems or specific syndromes.

Exactly, some people want to believe that there is a solution for this problem, but all we know that for the moment  is just a luck matter.

Hell, I never slept, I grew up on a bad vegetarian diet, was fat, played video games until 3am every morning, no sports, had a childhood disease that was expected to stunt growth...

And I surpassed my expected height by 2.5"

And i got the opposite, my doctors predictions were 5'9-6'.
Finished 5'5(mb i will grow half of an inch since im 19yo but i highly doubt it)
