Pain on side of right leg when rotating. Post Op Day 29

I'm at about 29 days and my legs are doing great, except, I have one sharp pain on the side of my right leg that I feel when rotating the leg. I do not feel any pain or have any swelling otherwise.  Has any LL'ers experienced this?  Seeking feedback.
