To buy own erc device
« on: October 28, 2020, 09:22:40 PM »

Im planning to do femur LL with stryde at next year. It seems nail itself is quite reliable, but older erc devices have weaknesses.

I would love to get the latest Samsung erc device, which Paley patients already have. Or some other erc device which senses the nail (at least is it moving or not). At least in Europe, many doctors use old erc which doesn't sense nail at all.

Does anyone know is it possible to buy erc device and how much it might cost? I already sent e-mail to nuvasive but no answer yet.

The old one works very well (ERC1).
It costs about 10.000

Where are you going to do your lengthening?

Most of us have access to the ERC4 (with sensor) in the US.

But to tell you the truth, although ERC1 does not have a sensor, it is in my opinion the most reliable ERC
