i mean anyony make 10cm lengthening at first attempt ??
If yes, how many months it takes to full recovery ??

Why does your signature say "morning height 166 cm; afternoon height 162 cm"? It's impossible to lose that much height during the day.

Why does your signature say "morning height 166 cm; afternoon height 162 cm"? It's impossible to lose that much height during the day.
yes i measure morning after wakeup - 166.116cm(5.45foot) afternoon 163.068cm(5.35foot) yes that 1 inch short. now i measure 161.544cm(5.3 foot). now time 1.09 am night. i will tell you the correct height tomorrow.
I just edit signature. thr was a typo error.

yes but for my height i think its risky 11cm it too much. i will be happy if i gain at least perfect 9cm.
my target is to gain as much as possible cm in first attempt with full recovery.

Still seems extremely uncommon to lose almost 5 cm due to normal spine shrinkage during the day. How did you measure your height up to the fraction of a thousand?

I'd go a step further and say its impossible. From what I've read the most you lose in an average day is about 4mm or 0.4cm and this is from several hours of standing. Then again he could have some bizarre condition and if he does I take it back.

10cm is dangerous and recovery can really take a mental and physical toll. i'd say never exceed 7-7.5. thats the last limit of recoverable tibial distraction.

one of my friend work in a mine/tunnel boring he has a laser height measure device it can reached up to thousand fraction. but its not accurate i get average .453 cm +/- different. so i correct it with conversation app.

yes it is 5.45 foot after wake up(12pm) & 5.35 foot before going to bed(3am). :'( :'( :'( :'(
