Post by: overandover on May 31, 2022, 07:47:51 AM
Normal pain killer doesn't work in stretching pain and it feels very uncomfortable all the time.

Ketamine nasal spray might help.

1. Massage gun https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SQCMHMM
2. Scream. From time to time I screamed like a b*tch when I stretched during lengthening phase. You just have to push through.

I am already doing 2nd. I am only at 4cm and looks like my muscles have given up on me. ROM is only 90 deg for one leg other is like 130 deg.

Yeah pain is real, I am one month in and at ~ 1.4 cm now (RFem Precice, but already did 5.4 cm on same Femur 4 years ago, so tension is kind of like 5.4 +1.4 = 6.8 cm) and feeling it, only lengthened 0.5 mm today and leg/groin/back was tight as a drum (and nerve pain front of Tibia and behind knee), spent an hour lying on bed just moaning, eventually took a 10 mg Oxy leftover from Hospital (they hand out Oxy/Endone like candy in Hospital, but only give tramadol when u leave so i pretended to take strong stuff in Hospital but then spat them into a container and took them home until i really need them)....feeling much better now.

sorry I have an unrelated question AimHigh. You are one of the rare people who got Fitbone and Precice. Did you feel a difference between knee pain in your Fitbone leg (which went through the knee) and the Precice leg which went through the hip?

Tibia nerve pain really sucks. I thought I am the only one having it because I didn't expect tibia nerve pain while lengthening femurs. It really sucks.
