Hey,
Im planing a surgery next year in Germany.
height: 172cm
wingspan: 173cm
inseam: 80cm
original femur to tibia ratio taken from x-ray: 0,79
Ive made 3 Mockups with +6cm of tibia and another with +6cm femur and another with tibia + femur (this one would maintain the 0,79 ratio)
I would be glad for feedback and if you would recommend tibia+femur for 6cm which would obviouselly look the best.

You look short legged in these pic. How have you measured your inseam?
Femur only is perfect, you could go even for 7-8cm for sure looking totally normal.

Femur looks even better than the femur+tibia. You are short legged like the guy above said, so consider that a blessing and go all out with the femur. You'll look probably even more proportional and better after 8cm femur, though 6cm is a very good choice as well.

thx for the responses thats good to hear! I ve measured the inseam with a laser distance meter. Pressing it on the area between balls and as*hole (sry dont know how to describe it) measuring the distance to the floor :p

ok! I asked you because I've mesured mine pressing a thin book in the same area and i have a ratio lower than yours, but despite this you look even more short legged than me lol.
Maybe it's just due to the camera position, taking the photo.
