Duckass / Hyperlordosis / Anterior pelvic tilt
« on: June 27, 2019, 11:42:22 PM »

Hey I‘m in 2 Weeks Consolidation now. I have lengthened 10 cm and got really bad duckass. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get rid of duckass oder give me any advice. Is it about training or genetics?
Can it go away on its own?

Wow, 10CM! That is a lot.  I did 7.5 cm on femurs and it took me a few months to get that under control.  Can you use imjur and add a picture of your waist area.  I can tell you how it compared to mine.

Honestly, there isn't much to show. It is pretty much normal now.

Which doctor did you go to?
how is your walking?
are you confident you'll get back to a respectable condition?
walking and running good but not 100%?

Its still present but its getting better. Im in 4 months consolidation now.
You cant avoid it , if you lengthen that amount but the best thing you can do is to stretch your muscles and lengthen slowly.

If you have a big muscular male buttock prior to CLL, can this mitigate or exacerbate the state of Hyperlordosis in the lower back and butt region. I am planning to do femurs and believe the muscularity volume in  the buttocks can help the femurs in some ways as far as tissue ...

Also more vain of a question, but is it possible to regrow a strong muscularity in lower back and buttocks region post CLL?

Tbh for me , its 80% genetics and 20% commitment.
Some will never have duckass and some people will.
Ofc the younger you are the better. I‘m in my early 20‘s so for me its only a matter of time now. Everything will eventually retreat by itself

That is amazing! I have all of that in front of me :(
If you did not have duckass, would you walk normally or what is preventing you from walking normally?

My duckass and slow consolidation (because of that lengthening) amount makes me walk like a penguin. But now as im walking unaided at home much, i feel that its recovering faster cause im getting stronger without crutches
