U might have lengthened too long for tibias and nerve might have damaged.
Did u even lengthen in a very fast rate
What did u have for tibias? LoN? Precice?

The toes pain started from the second week, less then 2cm, and 0.99mm per day.
Before the lengthening started, after surgery my heels pain very much every night, like many needles stabbing. After took vitamin B1+B6+B12 some days, heels pain is gone, but toes pain even I still take vitamin B everyday.
Now the doc is giving Pregabalin, I'll use it after I get it.

i think you should slow down the lengthening to 0.5mm per day

Precice 2.2

Every night before sleeping, my toes very pain, pain killer doesn't work.

possibly because you're lengthening at 1 mm/day.
try to slow down to .75 or even .05

i'd say stop lengthening for 3-5 days, once the pain subsides, start lengthening at 0.5 and then 0.75

don't do 1mm

forgot to mention, the pain only happens if I keep my legs straight and hold for a while (like 20 or more minutes), it starts. So if I sleep with benting my knees, no pain. But I don't know if sleep with benting my knees would allow me reach the goal (6.5cm)

After I kept my legs straight for a while, if I try to bend them, the knees pain. and sometimes if I want to straighten them pain too. I need do it very slowly, don't know if something about Patellar tendinitis or not. But I only in my 2.4cm now and forgot when this pain starts.

I think you will need a caretaker for first weeks. But after you can easily bend your knees it's okay by your own.

You mean for the nail? The max number is 8cm, nail limit.

After I read 9 hours in this forum, the limit of your lengthening should be your body, your soft tissues, if you started foot drop, you should stop, even if only 3cm, otherwise you are trading off your functions for height, and in opposite, if you reached 6cm without foot drop and lift 15 degree, you can safely continue to 7cm, and if you still can lift 15 degree, you can continue to 8cm without problem. According to a Paley's patient quoted what's Paley said, it makes sense after all.

As I said before:

I'm going to try to do 6cm, if I don't have foot drop and can lift a lot, I will try to do 6.5cm.

Just the first week or the first few weeks?

First 2 or 3 weeks would be enough and depends on your recovery, for most speed is first 2 weeks.

Kees Pain

I had keens pain, today is the worst, yesterday and the day before yesterday, I had medial knees pain while I straighten or bend my knees, but if I stop moving, pain was gone. Before that, I don't remember how long, I had anterior knees pain while I straighten or bend my knees. But today after my PT  even if I didn't move my knees, still pain. And while I tried to stand up straight my knee after PT, there's much pain. So my physical therapist helped me taped my knees.

the solution is to stop lengthening for few days - you will feel much better and less pain
after that, slow down to 0.5mm per day.
It seemed that he was going to continue at 0.75mm or 1mm per day.
Pain is good then  :)

Reached 4.1 cm.

These days I cannot full straight my legs easily, but the limit is not like others, I think caused by upper side muscles instead of bottom like others, and after long time put my legs, it will be straight, but keeping that makes my knees inner side uncomfortable.

And I think I have developed ballerina, but I still don't know how to test it. But finally during the PT I can feel my Achilles tendon being stretched, and I can easily to stretch it myself too. I cannot stretch it with the same actions before.

Reached 4.3cm yester night

Forgot to mention, haven't use painkiller for a week, bc previously only used it before sleeping to prevent pain, and someday I decided not to prevent but take it if really pain. then results a week without painkiller.

I decided to low down the rate to 0.66mm/day since today, to help recovery, and wish to keep no paining to the end.

btw I noticed my toes up, pressed them and felt tight.

and keeping my legs full straight for a while made top of my right foot numbness and after more time it started burning, but no pain, keeping longer burning more. Quickly gone if I relaxed it. I think it's stretching my nerve, so I did twice today.

It helps a lot if you slow done the LL rate for the muscles and nerves to catch up
You should slow down to prevent ballerina feet
