Hello,
I'm 25 yo and 167cm, I libe in Brazil.
I have a low budget for LL, my main focus is 7cm increase.
After LL my height and leg length ratio will be around 50%.
Which method should I use?
Which segment should I lenght?
If I lenght tibia it will be about the length of the fermur.
Thanks.

it would mainly depend on
1. your budget, as you could get a better doc with external tibias than femur for the same price.
2. downtime u have put aside for it. so go with tibias if u have more time and femurs otherwise.
3. comfort. if you want a relatively less painful surgery try internal femurs with docs like parihar/brikholtz/monegal.
obviously i assume you know when i say externals i mean tibias and internals for femurs.

Budget would be from 5k to 15k dollars, probably can save more once I leave Brazil, but a I would also be older.
I have a relatively short torso, which would look less strange, longer tibs or femurs?
-
Do Tibias but only do 6-6.5 cm at most. You could do the whole 7 but there will most likely HE complications so have time aside for this surgery. Also when people do femurs their arms look shorter. Since I'm assuming you're not planning on AL, do Tibias. It's better proportion wise.

Thanks for the reply :D
I got a 175cm wingspan, so my problem would be with my short torso really. But since I cant afford internals, tibia it will be.

There is a surgeon in your country called Richard Luzzi, he is offering Internal femurs for a good price.

I thought that tibia is more dangerous than femurs. There is a risk of alteration of biomechanics and chronic knee pain if you go beyond certain ratio. Also it is longer time in frames. If you want to reduce time through LON or LATN because of the surgical technique you risk chronic knee pain. Also it tolerates less distraction than femur as it is shorter bone. Complication; ballerina feet and exertional compartment syndrome

Some time ago I asked him about it, if I remember he told me it would be 80k reais for EXTERNALS. Which is pretty damn expensive... Maybe he changed his price recently?
It would be great since I live in his town. :D

And for Internals, which was his price?

I didn't ask, because of the external price I kinda lost hope with him...
Should probably check again.

He doesnt answer emails, if you can please ask.

I would lengthen internal femur.
Cost: 40,000 USD (including everything).
Get a good job and save money or get a loan.
