Flat feet and LL?

I have big flat feet. Very flat. They cause knee pain at times, mostly muscular but I am sure that since I am in my 30s, there is some degeneration by now.

Most days, I have no issues and stretch and exercise,but after LL, I won't be able to stretch and exercise the same while lengthening.

Anyone have issues with flat feet and LL?

My plan is to get in the best shape I can possibly get, and even try to get an MRI before hand to see if I do have bad degeneration.
