Advise and help with mock-up

Hey everyone !
I see all the topics about proportions and experiences. So I think that +10cm on femurs is reasonable.
I’m actually 162cm and my arm span is ≈164cm.
I think that I have long tibias so I can lengthen femurs.
Maybe someone can make a mock-up for me ( I don’t understand how to do it :'( ).
