Cross fit
« on: May 17, 2014, 10:02:17 PM »

I'm in love with  this game but's i sharing this because of the height of the ones who practice it

Let's start with : Scott Panchik  http://games.crossfit.com/athlete/34796  he is strong and  5'9

http://games.crossfit.com/athlete/11435  Rich Froning  5'9   the fitest man of the world  I mean this guy can beat the   out of 6' one

and many more that I'll probably  share in future ,  when a  6 persone look down at you he is certainly taling himself that he's stronger than you but when  train really hard you can lift not talking abour Bodybulding Crossfit if a way different , he'll look down at himself because he'll know that he should not think you're a minor race

I don't consider a solid 5'9" short tho. I mean, visually it's not. Numerically maybe. I think it's the cut off point for being considered short.
