Post by: ItsMyLife on January 19, 2015, 10:26:15 AM
hi, when I straighten my legs out there is some tension at my hamstring and then it pops into place.... some pain.... any advice? at rest, it is pretty okay........ maybe some strain when I keep my knees straight.....

the discomfort is better when I lengthen slower... is this normal?

there is soft tissue limitations that run through out the whole leg. its not uncommon for people to experience knee bend while doing tibias.

im not sure how common it is to experience it at 3cm. I just know it happens.

my doctor said that its hard to correct knee bend. so he insists on making sure it doesn't happen.
