Title: LON knee pain and Skyrim theory

Did you every wonder how much that hurts and you are doing worse than that itself with lengthening?   Think about it taking an arrow TOWARDS the knee, versus a metal rod in the knee then your leg breaking that crap?  Hey this is crazy I just met you I got knee problems #SWAG.

Please don't do it unless you are in good hands and if you want to it's not a bad idea if sports are not your thing beyond walking.

I always assumed that the guards meant that they were taking an arrow through the knee--going through the front and coming out the other side--not just through the patellar tendon.  Lol
