Title: Knee pain during lengthening (internal femurs)

Just wondering if anyone has experienced knee pain (all around the kneecap, but not the kneecap itself) while lengthening internal femurs? My left knee hurts when I try to bend it too much and when I begin to bicycle (but usually goes away after a while). I also have some numbness on my left shin (knee to foot). My doctor and PT don't seem at all concerned with these issues, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced them? They're all insisting it'll all go away after clicking stops. I just don't want to slow the rate down again, but I suppose I might have to.
