Can someone list out best painkillers to be taken during Tibial leg lengthening. I know some painkillers effect bones healing period and make us addicted.

Anti-inflammatory painkillers like ibuprofen slow down bone growth, since that's an inflammatory process by nature.  I think your best bet is one of the narcotic pain relievers even with the risk of addiction.

In Beijing they gave out the narcotic Tramadol (almost) every night, and only prescribed ibuprofen if the patient was complaining of lots of pain.
