hi
is it normal? after 2-3 weeks on wheelchair, I started walking on walkers again, and my arm muscles are sooooo sore about walking abit
when will it be ok
pls help..

Yeah, you're probably using your arm muscles in a different way than they're used to. That'll always lead to muscle soreness.

Totally normal. You get used to it after a while. My triceps and shoulders are HUGE now lol
