What is the best way to do LL
shortest time best possible height I can gain? Seems like doing two surgery 3 weeks apart?
Because I cannot do one for 6 months and another 6 months in future even Lol I know this will give you max possible height

If you do femur lengthening with an internal device such as the nail used by Dr. Guichet you might go back to normal life relativly quick.
Doing two surgeries within 3 weeks does not seem advisable from what I know. You should ask disobedient about that.

Just doing one surgery is quite extreme, worry about the second one after -my guess is you'll have a very different view then.
