Title: Female wanting tibia lengthened

I'm a 30 year old female with a 1and1/8 inch lld in the tibia. I went to Paley for a consultation but haven't gone through with the surgery. Is 2cm an easy surgery? It's not as much as some people do. I'm just really wanting some insight with whether I should go through with it or not.

2 Cm is quite small, though as a female I would research the complications that are present for tibia lengthening as they are very real.

Not easy at all. Don't do it unless absolutely necessary.
