this one is your original on the right, 7.5cm tibias middle, then left is , 7.5cm tibias and 4cms femurs which would take you to 179cm morning and 177-177.5cm evening.. hope thats a help to you

Thanks do you think i could pull off 181 ??? ??? :o
-
Yeah I honestly think it looks better than now
-
You definitely have the torso length and even arm length to pull off 178-181. I say as long as youre willing to sacrifice a little athletic ability, go for it. You'll probably look more proportional after LL than before!
Only thing is that you will have very narrow shoulders for your new height. Since you have a sort of lowish wingspan and long arms, that is to be expected. Think about maybe bulking up or doing clavicle lengthening as a possibility.

I don't believe you need to do clavicle lengthening.. But I'd suggest hit the gym and trim the wrist line.. With added muscle mass and reduced waste line your shoulders would appear much broader and would match your new height

How much athletic ability loss are we talking about :-X :-X ? (Hopefully not my ability to run) will which doctor i choose matter ?
