It doesn't destroy it just bc you take Tramadol for 6 months.

There are people taking this for years and their liver still works.

You can clean it with coconut oil :)

Liv 52 is a really cheap way to cleanse your liver you should not drink a lot while you take them and really focus on dieting and exericsing after your surgery.

Only if you overdose daily on acetaminophen/paracetamol for weeks-months and/or have hepatitis B/C to start with.

Follow the prescribed instructions and you'll be fine.
