Hello fellow members, I have been on the internet doing a little research and the leg lengthening methods are mouthful. Do I have to choose the method by myself or consult the doctor first?

Both. According to your budget, requirements etc you choose (or at least shortlist) methods. Your doctor will look at your bone, your proportions and highlight/choose a method.

Each doctor has a preferred method.  It's probably best for you to choose the method and then go to a doctor who specializes in the one you like best.
