Title: Does anyone know anything about Dr Novikov and the Russian Ilizarov Center?

I could only find one diary currently on the forum. Obviously it's possible some were deleted or posted on the last forums.

I'm currently waiting for a response by email and I'm curious if anyone's heard anything about them|

is tha the kurgan one?

if so dont go there, they cut the bone in two places and you lengthen 2mm a day and it's apparently pretty bad.

I'm interested in shortening. I have the legs of someone who already went through LL. Sore muscles, feet that naturally ballerina at rest. I also wake up minimum once a month with massive charlie-horses.

sorry, I haven't lengthened, I mean my legs grew too long naturally.
