I am a 21 year old 163cm male, I have been dealing with my short height for quite some time, I was wondering if any one has or knows anyone who has experienced growth spurt after 21. I don't mind a LL but I want to gain a few cm's naturally if possible. It really hurts that people consider obesity as an illness and height as psychological disorder, it's quite the opposite, I tried to be alright with my height, I did. But whenever I look into the mirror or meet someone who is considerably taller I feel insecure and ashamed. As people say first impression matters. I am afraid after the LL surgery I will still be short. Does anyone know any fascinating development in the field of height growth. It's like a bad dream that I will never wake up from. Most of my time goes researching on the Internet but all of it goes in vain cause most of the sites are either hoax or just blatantly deny the possibility, I mean isn't there a silver a lining for us?

Sadly, you have like a 1 in million chance of growing after 21. You should get X-Rays of your legs and show them to a doctor to ask if you're done growing if you think for some reason you aren't.
EDIT: Also this forum isn't a hoax, it's full of honest people and experiences. You can do 7cm and become 170cm tall which is 5'7. You'll still be short but it's way, way better than 5'4.

Very unlikely for growth to happen after 21. Once there is a method of increasing height without LL you won't have to even search on the internet it will be on the news!

^^ Basically, that method would become revolutionary for a variety of reason; obvious increase in height and perhaps regenerative medicine. The big upside to this would be whether it can be applied to adults or just children as a form of boosting HGH (to a simply magic pill).
At the present moment I've mentioned before that the only real research/study/test being done on anything similar to this effect would be the works of Eben Alsberg and his theory that we could "reopen" growth plates. However, couple of things to keep in my here would be that this is still ages way from being perfected, let alone be released into the market; and it would only be feasible in our 4 limb segments, not so much the spine/torso.
As it stands there is really no other alternative to LL.
