You need to take a picture from the waist level. This picture makes your upper body look bigger than it is.

We need a bit more concrete numerical data about your give body proportions. Pictures alone are not a good indication of one's proportions because of how much angles can distort leg/torso. The general ones usually referenced are wingspan, and true/cycling inseam.
I will say that if your goal is only 5 CM then it's not such a bad goal in mind. It's not to drastic for proportions and returning to normal life.

-
Yeah, this is much better. Your legs seem kinda long but 5cm is honestly just two inches. It'll might make you seem long legged but nothing horrendous.
-
Still hard to tell, why don't you have someone take a proper picture of you. Straight on at a little above waist level and from some distance.

I m waiting your ideas

Like I said before 5 CM isn't that bad of a increase in terms of recovery or proportion. Of course you will look slightly disproportionate but not by much in any regard. If this is truly your only goal then by all means you'll be fine.

İs it big difference 5m and 7 cm Sweden said dont more than 5 cm on tibias do you agree with him ?

I personally think you should do 5-5.5cm on tibias and you will look great. Your femurs are long enough.
What doctor do you have in mind for LON?
