Can someone add 3 inches and 4 inches to my femur? I just want to see if it will look weird

Based on that picture, I'd say your tibias are the part of your anatomy that are disproportionately short. Maybe your endocrinologist just said to lengthen femurs because internal is the current standard of care, and internal femurs are less risky than internal tibias.
-
Can you use photoshop to see how I would look with either my tibia or my femur lengthened?
-
I will do it, but it will cost you £10.
-
First off I can't do it so yeah....
Second that's not really the best picture to do so. The camera needs to be at waist level so both the legs and the torso are to some degree in equilibrium. In your picture it looks like you have long(ish) legs already.
-
I'll do it for $5 lol. But also serious.

Here are the pics you wanted, plus how you'd look with 3 inches on tibias.

In my humble opinion, all of them look "ok", but 3 inches femur looks most natural.

the second photo looks fine

Based on that pic and the one MDOW posted, you should absolutely do tibias.
-
Is Doctor Paley still able to length 3 inches in the tibias?
-
Yes.
-
Also doying something like in both tibias and femur would be a good idea?
-
Doing both is possible, look at Iamready for journey on that.
If you do want to go for two surgeries then my best advice is length both no more then 5 cm, for proportion sakes. Also Tibia lengthening for 3 inches (7.5-8 cm) is riskier then if done in the femurs.
For me personally, I hope to do 4 cm in tibia and femurs for max recovery and better proportions.

If you want to go for 2 LLs, you could get upto 5 inches (3 femur and 2 tibias) but your upper body and arms should be big enough to look proportionate. I've read that doctors advise doing 2 surgeries separately and not at once.
