Hey guys, I'm just trying to collect as much information about Precise 2 as possible.
It's a new technology, and it has a lot of advantages, albeit it's very expensive.
Not much experience on this, therefore not much studies.
My question is, so far, what countries offer Precise 2 as CLL, aside from US, South Africa (Dr Frank), or South Korea (Dr Donghoon)?
Thanks in advance.
Note: So far, there's no indication Dr Donghoon officially offers Precise 2 but that might just be a matter of time.

Dr. Lee currently offers precise 2. There have been many patients under his care with that IM rod.
-
Another interesting question to explore is where you can get LL with precise 2 for the cheapest price. Apparently it's been cleared for use in India, so doctors there could probably offer it for under 40K USD. My fingers remain crossed.

Personally, just very hard to convince myself to do it in India. If fingers remaining crossed is the thing, then I wish Dr Donghoon would offer it very competitively. Near to my place too.

Please correct me if I'm wrong:
USA
Dr Rozbruch (New York): 120K
Dr Paley (Florida): 85K (includes PT)
Dr Mahboubian (California): 65K
South Korea
Dr Donghoon Lee: 72K (includes PT, meals, accommodation of 4 months)
*Dr Lee will move to another hospital in March 2014
South Africa
Dr Birkholtz: 52K (includes accommodation 75 days)
For this year, I want to have a consultation with all the doctors above, excluding Dr Rozbruch.

Turkey offers Precice as an option, but I don't know if it's Precice I or Precice II. I'll find out.
-
For now, I'm thinking very seriously on doing it with Dr B of Pretoria.
BTW, I was reading one Precise 2 diary at old forum by Dr Paley, and he was whining about the inaccuracy of the supposedly accurate Precise 2.
-
Correction: The diary I was referring to above was by Amatan, done by Dr Donghoon Lee not by Dr Paley.
His last post today at old forum was bad news.
Unfortunately, my improved lengthening was short lived - my bone has officially re-consolidated and I am due for surgery tomorrow.

When you planning to do this surgery? He is the best option for precise now. We will see many diaries by the end of the year or may be sooner from Pretoria. He is just good.

The earliest I can do LL is 2015. Perhaps there would be enough Franz diaries by then.

You will have plenty by then.
-
How about you Cooper, do you have a fixed time frame already?
You will have plenty by then.

I've been following Precice (this is the correct trademark spelling, I just found out) 2 diaries showing unequal lengthening from either femur by few mm's. I thought Precice must be accurate.
Or this is just expected?
-
Bow, I'm really waiting for some Rozbruch diaries...

Hi,
Does anyone know if Precise 2 is offered in India. I've heard of Turkey and Cyprus but I don't know if the surgeons are reliable.
