You gotta upload your pics first. Cover your face.

Take a picture from the hip level, otherwise it will be inacurate.

Edit: How did you measure your legs? You have made a mistake in measuring them exactly, 42/28 means that your ratio is 1/0,67 which is not even close to the natural 1/0,8.
That would also mean that you would have an extremly long upper body, according to your measurments your upper body would be 7cm's longer than mine and I'm 178. I have never seen anyone in my life below 170 who had a longer upper body than me.

If you do +10, make it over two surgeries.

I'm a personal trainer so I have a very good understanding of human anatomy so I measured as accurately as possible my sitting height is 90-91cm with these measurements that would leave about 7cm for my foot height and a little bit at my patella which seems very accurate. I will not be doing two surgeries because I just want to get this over with and move on with my life. I realize 10cm is a lot in one surgery but if my body reacts well to the surgery well I will be doing at all at once or as much as I can and moving on.

Hopefully this picture is better thanks again for your help and advice!

I meant that it's better to put the camer on hip level but still get the whole body on the picture in oder to make realstic mock ups.
Get your legs measured by x-rays. Don't exeed 15% of the original bone length if you want to get good long term results. So shorter bones mean less lengthening capacity. Your upper limit for the tibias would be somewhere around 4cm's and for the femurs it'd be 6cm's.

If which ever doctor I end up choosing says 10cm is possible and my proportions allow it I will definitely be going for the 10 cm. I have been training and stretching years now my tendons and ligaments should be able to handle a lot stress not to mention I'm quite flexible. https://imgur.com/a/fp4SE
