Title: Mockup
Post by: ll3ll on June 11, 2016, 06:37:22 PM
What's up everybody. Still on the fence as to whether LL is a crazy pipe dream or something I'd potentially do in the next year or two, but made some mockups and was hoping for feedback!

Thinking that if I do it I'd probably save up for a while and do Guichet femurs between 6-7 cm since based on what I've read it'd be the best shot at good long term recovery and *relatively* low risk [even if tibias looked slightly better seems like bigger time-commitment/worse outcomes].

6.4 cm (2.5 in) and 7.6 cm (3.0 in) are posted, original/femur/tibia. Obviously the longer the worse the proportions, mainly interested in comments re: how much can I reasonably get away with or does it all look awful hah.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Shin looks better in my opinion.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm 27, 167cm ... was thinking of trying to go for 6.5cm with Guichet if the proportions weren't super off.

I think tibia looks best, for the 6.4cm. Tibia is riskier and takes a lot longer to heal though...

Looking good bro. (fellow lifter here...so no homo)

Imo, tibia looks better in most of the cases for males. But when world class doctors like Guichet avoid doing tibias it clearly shows how risky it is. Grrr, I wish it wasn't so risky because I'd surely do tibias in my case.

Yeah I totally agree ... plus the idea of having the process of lengthening itself draw on for more than 2-3 months seems pretty daunting

@ccmidwest haha thanks brother ... classic short man syndrome compensating huh?  :P ... I've seen your posts a lot, haven't followed though, on balance are you still definitely not going for LL?

I'm undecided.
