If you have to do a lengthening on one leg with both tibia and femur, lets say 2+2cm, would the recovery be the ame time as if it was just the one leg tibia 2cm alone?

If you just want 4 cm, do it one segment per limb, because is less risky with the topic of fat embolism.

Thanx I know, but this is a theoretical question, hope someone have an answer for the topic?

Too many unknowns... and if you do four segments together, the femur and tibia may simultaneously go into deviation.. causing time wastage for correction. Best to do two segments.
