Title: T Rex Arms?

Hi:

I have short arms, 5'7 wingspan and a 5'8 height. I'd like to get to 5'11-6'. Would it look too strange without arm lengthening as well? If my wingspan was 4-5 inches less than my height? Or can you pull it off?

I think the benefits would outweigh the drawbacks but can't say until you post a picture.
