Title: Would increasing my HGH levels help me grow taller at age 19?
Post by: Kraken on October 01, 2016, 07:08:11 PM
I don't have any exogenous HGH to inject myself with -- however I have read that you can increase your natural HGH levels by up to 1250% just through fasting.

By performing a 21 day fast I will raise my HGH levels and lower my insulin levels.

But is HGH the only thing that determines your height or will fasting stunt my chances of growing (if I have any more chances to grow)?

I'm not sure if my growth plates are closed.

No... plus your growth plates are mainly located in your long bones. At best just go get an x-ray.

Spoiler Alert though, they are probably closed..

How old are you? If your growth plates are still open its possible. Idk about boosting it 1250% but I have heard of fasting boosting hgh levels someone in my one of my classes was doing it idk if it works but I doubt it would work that much.

Go to an endocrinologist, they'll take an X-Ray of your hand or knee and tell you if your growth plates are open or fused.
