Title: Does Guichets preparation plan really make a difference?

I understand Guichet is famous for his rigorous examinations and preparatoins pre surgery. Would you say his preparation plan actually makes a difference? If you prepare hardcore in terms of strength and flexibility would it make the whole process come easier?

I think yes because your legs will be stronger and your soft tissues ready for the work

A Little but not that much, Guitchet patients start walking the day after sugery but it is more for the kind of the nail not for the preparation plan.Is enough if you do stretches some years before surgery.
