Title: Does anybody know yoga exercises for decompressing the spine/ improving posture?
Post by: Jack1066 on March 01, 2017, 10:43:33 PM
I've had the bright idea of doing yoga first, partly to help me stretch for the operation and partly to see if I can get any height in my upper body that way. Who knows, maybe I'll shoot up a full cm and my height neurosis will vanish.

Does anybody do it, and what do you do? Can you link any good videos or anything?

I used this routine for a few months and gained 2cm of height. After a while I stopped due to other obligations but 0.5cm remained.

Shweet. That 2 cm will bring me to a very respectable 5'9 morning height! :-o

yeah. It's a 90 days program and it's really hard. But after like the 10th time you will start to be pretty good. Once you are done just simply repeat. You will get more and more flexible as time goes by
