I'd prob go to Solomin cause that price is so tempting but he seems like he doesn't care about the language barrier and doesn't provide any support in that area

Average wealth per captia is like $800 average income less than 15k no money no wealth.  Your doing an expensive surgery, don't speak russian, and are very weak.  If it's not getting robbed or beaten to death it's a woman who wants a green card stay safe.

What makes you think that.  From what I read it seems that the ones that have bad results are the ones that lengthen the most or were not serious in doing their streching walking. You have the option to remain in their clinic where they can monitor you better. If you go for a conservative goal of 4 or 5 cm you should be good. BTW I emailed them and they were very prompt to respond back so it should smooth to arrange for your surgery consultation .

Reading RGKEY you can see that Barinov had mistakes, with alignments. Also their fixators dont appear very Stable.

Yes but that same Rgkey was fooling around.not helping his situation. From reading stripes journal others that lengthen were alright. That's why I'm going for LON

His case was a combination of no dedication and doctor mistakes. That gives me a red flag. If you dont mind, where are you planning to get LON?

Okay but I'm pretty sure walking when you were told not to was going to mess him up. I was thinking Catagni but he's too willing to do atl it seems and he wanted to charge 40k euros for lon I might as well go take my chances with mongeal at that price. So I plan for barinov because living in the clinic gives me more confidence of not dealing with the language barrier. And if it is external I will do only 4 cm and make sure to treat recovery like it was my job.

I take it you have gone there. I will take my chances and use  good judgmen. You can't say barinov is in Sarin level bad.

From what I saw to Rgkey, which is as it mentioned above a combination of doctor's and patient's mistakes, I would never trust Barinov.
This case is worse than any of Sarin's cases I've seen.

Really I've heard cases of Sarin patients who who are in wheel chairs years after surgery. AND what about what happened to Chris way more incompetence in India. If I recall rgkey did a crazy amount 8 cm while I have a more conservative goal planed.

Bander by doing a sensible amount of lengthening you surelu have less possibilities for a bad outcome.
But you still face many risks so you can't trust a doctor with a so bad case like Rgkey's.
So imo you should seek for another doctor regardless of the amount you want to lengthen.

My first choice is to do internal with mitovik but if his device isint working then I'll have to consider barinov or some one in that price range. I don't want to go to India though even with parihar.

Its not about the doctor its the technique that causes x-leg

I've been planning to get LON FEMUR done in Russia with solomin ( yes ... Lon femur, I know - ouch?) Since I really dislike how short they appear - he appears competent, so if I manage to get everything sorted and planned I'm hoping by early May/June I can go out and have surgery and then fly back home and lengthen avoiding visa issues etc ... I'm pretty headstrong in this department so once I've moved house in April and planned everything i will hopefully get a diary going and can tell you what a fking stupid idea Lon femurs was ..

As Pope already mentioned, it's Kulesh, and there is only one, very questionable, diary for him so far.

The fking stupid idea will have been 8cm ;)

Doing LL in Moscow or St. Petersburg shouldn't be any more dangerous than doing LL in Detroit or Baltimore.
Just don't look like a tourist.
Oh, and try not to be black or many people will treat you less friendly. Really stupid but that's how it is.

Why put off a entire country solely based off a single bad diary? About the case of RGKEY as we all know he went against Dr. B's instructions and he even stated he got lazy with the crutches. And besides russia is where LL started. Maybe Dr. B is a quack maybe he isn't but putting off a entire country is unethical bro. Any country is bound to have a few quacks and a few legits even in USA the only difference in USA is the laws protect you but even then they might make you sign a contract. Anyway, I heard Dr. Solomin will be raising his price to 15k since his gotten alot of business lately. Whats your take on Mitkovic? he has cheap internals but i'm waiting for some diaries before committing.
