hi...just curious for those who have lengthening using external what to do with the device after used? considering there is a lot of people doing surgery there must be a lot of used device available. TSF for example cost most of the surgery fee. i try to find used TSF for sale but with no result, is the external just one time use only kind of thing? thanks.
