Hi guys, I'm a 26 years old Asian guy who is around 5'5", I'm planning to get an LL to reach atleast 5'7.5" (6.5cm). dont want to risk it more. Since im from asia my first choice would be India, then Russia. My current body weight is around 64Kg and my lets and arms are thin. What is your opinion on thin legs for a prospective LLer? would it be more difficult to stretch the muscles and tendons? Should I goto a gym and jack up?
thanks guys

多拉伸肯定是有好处的,另说腿部肌肉太多对做手术不属于帮助。

so think legs would be ok in ur opinion?

My doctor isn't convinced one way or the other whether bulking up is good or bad for leg lengthening. Other doctors I spoke to were of the opinion that having muscular calves allows for better blood flow to the area and will help healing. Anecdotally, bulking your legs will make the lengthening process more painful.

KiloKahn, how it is possible in your opinion to loose a significant ammount of calve's muscle ? Because I have very muscular and big calves, due to playing football for 10+ years and aerobical activities. What should I do ?
