His arms look completely normal. Nice to see this too as these dimensions (with slightly longer arms, about 177 cm) are about what I am aiming for

It does happen it’s not very often but it does happen look at Henry Cavill the guy who currently plays superman in the Justice league and man of steel he has noticeably short arms in comparison to his 6’1 height

Guys becareful of looking up celeb/athlete heights - they are more often than not, misreported. That guy does not look 5'11. I don't know how UFC does height measurements but once I read they just ask the fighters as only weight is used to determine class. For example, Shane Carwin in the UFC was listed all the way from 6'5 to 6'2.

How can you tell from a single picture without anyone standing next to him that he does not look 5'11''? Before you say "his legs are too short" bear in mind that 5'11'' men can have shorter legs too.
