I have a female cousin who is the middle child of 3 her older sister is 5’6 younger sister 5’4 yet she is like 5’9ish her dad is 5’7 probably was 5’8 peak and her mom is 5’4 how is it she is so much taller she is then her siblings and even her dad, but I suppose it does happen Khloe Kardashian’s dad was 5’7 and she’s like 5’10 is it just one of those weird thing about life.

It could be that but other things happen when height is concerned like environment and if she did any exercise, it could be as simple as this... she’s just lucky as stupid as that sounds it can be that some people are just lucky to get that tall there’s been plenty of people in the past who’ve had short parents and ended up at like 6’0+ and vise versa and really her older sister you said was 5’6 tbh that’s actually above average height in the U.K. for women so technically she’d also be classed as tallish, then there’s option 3 the milkman theory but being that you had a pretty tall grandpa at peak and her dad you said was 5’8 peak height she’s only really 1 inch taller then him so it really is possible this isn’t a milkman theory.

Heights weird, middle child here standing the tallest, if it was completely genetic it would be impossible for me to be my height with how short my mother is. People say environment makes a big impact but personally during my growing phase (14~16ish) I was a very depressed, school skipping barely eating no exercising room dweller who slept 8+ hours a day, yet grew to be the tallest in my family. I did exercise during my younger years like 13 y/o but not sure if that would affect my puberty growth spurts.
Overall, I think its a dice roll,
