Title: LL vets how do you explain the height gain to friends and family?

For anyone who had LL to increase their height with 7+ cm, how do you explain your height increase to friends and family?
Considering you are 25+ years old, it is very hard to believe that you had a growth spurt.
Good friends and family will notice it very easily, and they will for sure ask you about it.
How do you explain it to them?
