Ironically it can cause premature consolidation, so you need to lengthen faster, so more risk to muscle damage.

Of course it can cause premature consolidation, therefore this should be done after lengthening.
I thought it was obvious.

A doctor can prescribe it to you, but most likely will not.
So, yeah, black market.
