Title: May the shift of mechanical axis in the femur be fixed with further surgery?

We know that internal nail in the femur lengthen with anatomic axis, not mechanical axis. This cause a shift in mechanical axis of 1mm per cm lengthened. This slight malalignment can be correct using TSF/hexapod or other method in the future?
