How much height do we lose as we age?
Also, how do we stop or at least lessen ageing-related height loss?
-
Healthy adult will lose more or less one inch until 70
Not that significant

Are you kidding dude one inch is pretty big. I even read somewhere that some people lose 3 inches it’s crazy sad

As long as you do some sport and stretching you will start to lose those inches so lately in your life that is going to be a non issue anyway

Yeah that's why I'm thinking about getting LON in a few years with Dr Giotikas .Then I'll save up for femurs over the next 15 years. If I see significant height decrease occuring I'll get the surgery.
One thing to remember is that on average men shrink far less than women

Glutamine sulphate and daily streching and exercises while getting older might help

You mean Glucosamine?

That freaking sucks
