Title: biceps femoris routinly done so why underdiscussed

Simply it dosnt regenrate like the it band so what are yr thoughts. It is the most tendon liable to injury if what i heard was right.. Safety is a concern so i hope you all sharing yr knowledges
biceps femoris release is a surgery done in the femur to help distraction process
