Please link any threads which have usual info on this topic or provide any info you know about preventing or minimising the scars from LL!

In my opinion everything except surgery is a waste of time and money.  There's no cream or other cheap, non-invasive product that will reduce the appearance of scars.

Yeah time topicals may fade them some but laser treatment or plastic surgery are optimal if they bother you that much. But they usually aren't too bad

I have gotten fraxel laser before and it lightens the color of the scar. A layer peels off from top of the skin. I have also used scar away strips for under arm surgical scar and I have to say it works because the line looks broken in half. Because some parts healed completely scarless. But I think the scar-away strips work best on newer scars than older scars. I think if I ever get indented scars from LL I will consider fat grafting and surgical scar revision.
