Title: Is 11 cm possible?

I currently stand at 5'9. Is 11 cm even possible? I have spent countless hours and obviously tibias along with femurs would most definitely screw up walking permanently and cause damage. but 8 cm on femurs followed by 3 cm on tibias, could this be possible? and would it completely screw up proportions?

obviously possible, tons of people have done quadrilateral delayed or cross lengthening 10cm+
