Hello,
Some of the people claimed that Forearm Lengthening is almost impossible and nobody has ever done that?
I searched it on google and found like 3 patients who has had the surgery.
Is it really that hard? What are the difference beetween it and having the surgery on humerus?

There are 2 reasons; First is lower arm has 2 bones, Ulna and Radius, but these bones are not thick enough to play with, second reason is the nerves starts to fringing in the lower arm to the hands and fingers, so it is very hard to get around them. So most reasonable way to lengthen arm is from Humerus bones which is upper arm. Maximum lengthen you can have is 5-6cm by external fixators, theres no internal nail method available for it. Also there are not many experienced surgeon to do this surgery.
